Prices shown include; bed linen and towels, please supply your own pool towels and beach towels. A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the Balance payable 8 weeks prior to rental along with a security deposit of £350, which is refundable after the property rental.

Dates shown are the beginning of the rental week (Saturday).

During the ‘low season’ change over dates are flexible, as is the amount of bedrooms/people wanted to rent the accomodation as we can split the house into two, as well as length of rental. We also do Bed and Breakfast please get in touch for prices.

Changeover day is normally on a Saturday.
