About Bernisson

Bernisson is a 7 bedroomed property that can also be split into 2 seperate houses as 3 and 4 bedroomed self-contained accommodation. Bernisson is located 2kms from the beautiful Bastide town of Monsegur which is just inside the borders of the Gironde and close to the Dordogne and the Lot et Garonne, just 15 minutes from the Autoroute and an hour to Bordeaux Airport or 40 mins from Bergerac Airport.

The Accommodation Comprises:

This is a stunning Girondine style house renovated to the highest of standards and set in a superb elevated position. It is situated at the end of a very quiet country lane, with just 2 other houses. Both the front and rear garden area are private.

The property has 2 1/2 acres of grounds including children’s play areas, undercover eating terraces and a private swimming pool.

Because of the layout of the property, it is possible to let the property as a smaller unit in the low and mid seasons, providing 3 or 4 bedrooms. Because of this, it is easier to describe the house in two parts, The Main House and The Annexe:

The Main House:
